I woke up at 5am+ cos I wanted to msg aiai, then I went back to sleep. But when I woke up again, later, I found out that the sms was in the 'draft' folder. Dang!~ Then aiai was already having her religious classes. Nevermind that, anyway I hung out with some friends then later went all the way down to Alice house, then saw her sms "Hey derrick. I meet you at suntec? Coz I eating dinner with my mum." Then I had to take another bus all the way back to Ang Mo Kio before going to City Hall. On my way, my senior, Jian Xun, called, "Derrick, I'm at the cinema already, where're you guys?" I replied in "On the way.." Its like I spend so much time trying to meet up with my friends. Gee.

I brought my basketball along cos Alice wanted to borrow it in lieu of her inter-class basketball competition. Carrying that extra ball around is really tiring. I walked had to walk from tower 1 to 5 cos it was raining. Stupid rain. All because of it, we couldn't go ECP and had to settle for some indoor entertainment instead.

While walking, I noticed that my phone wasn't displaying the icon for messages received. It only appeared during screen saver mode, and there wasn't any vibrations at all. In addition, my phone spends most of its time in silent mode so I didn't noticed my incoming messages. I called aiai along even though Alice said don't bring steads but aiai didn't wanna tag. Sad sad.

When I finally reached Eng Wah, Chloe jie said she'd reach only after 4pm. So Alice, Jian Xun and I brain stormed for my lunch venue, and after losing much brain cells, I finally settled for Carl's Junior. I wanted to eat at the Turkish restaurant but it looked like the kind that will make your belt tighten a few centimeters more. Then the remaining ones, Swedish, Thai and Viet, sort of turned me off.

At Carl's Junior, Alice was like screaming for me to go subway. She failed to change my mind, then she changed tactic and persistently told me to order some "dono what" meal cos it was more healthy. I ignored her. Lol. There, I played with Jian Xun's PSP but kept losing to the computer. Dang. I'm totally lousy at action games.

We watched "The Golden Compass". I don't see what's so nice about it. Everyone had been commenting it and all. I hate movies that have a "to be continued" kind of ending. True, that movie has some cool visual effects and scenes but the story isn't really there. It seemed so short and void. I shall not disclose any details of that movie, otherwise it'd spoil everything. But I'll rate it 3stars out of 5. Not that bad and still worth watching, but don't expect too much.

After movie, we went to the arcade behind and chioung the basketball machine, mario racing and daytona. I too long never play liao, but fortunately still won Alice in the last daytona race. And for mario racing, I sabotaged all of them. *evil smile* For basketball, I tagged with Jian Xun and won Alice & Jie. ^_^

I really wish aiai was there with me today. Anyway, Alice brought us to "Pick's Top?" I forgot the name. It was a place for people to eat and play board games. There, we played lots of games. I forgot the names though. I played games like the piggy kind, scrabble, uno tower, animal game, fruit one [like snap] and a mixture of bejeweled and puzzle formation game. They all ate rib eye but I ordered the foot-long fish & chips instead. Although the games aren't really that fun, it was still a good place to hang out with friends.

We left like around 10.30pm and the guy in-charge snapped a picture of us which we pasted on the wall. Then Jian Xun was cam-whoring, but unfortunately for him, I deleted most of the pictures cos everything looked so ugly when he is the photographer. Then I kept using the toy hammer to bash jie jie Chloe's head. Wahaha. She got totally bullied. After everything, we escorted Chloe to Clark Quay's station and the rest of us took mrt home.

Before I forgot, I kept shooting the basketball on empty walls. And at the back of Boat Quay's alley there were shop houses and I shot my ball at one of the signs pasted on the wall. Guess what? It dropped just when I went under it. -.- That 'sign' must be trying to get back at me. It succeeded but will remain on the floor as it is; - its new dwelling. Lol.

Really enjoyed my day, today but it'd be better if aiai was around. Felt kind of empty without her. Dear, keep me updated on your fever all right?
